Lets Sew!!

On Friday we went to Jo-Ann fabric and came home with lots

of fleece to make pj's for everybody.

Saturday morning Braden woke up at 7:30 and went

down to wake Gramma up and asked her if she was ready

to start sewing. Well here they all are ready to go.

Can you believe this, we even got the guys involved!

Wow, once you get going its pretty fun!
It took all day, but we all have new cozy fleece pajama pants.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Wednesday afternoon we set up the barn, trying our best to make it

cozy for our day together on Thursday.

Wed. was our turn to bring supper to Grammy & Grampy's.

A privilege to share in some special moments.

(Grampa John flew back in today as well - yeah!)

The whole crew, well almost, 7 little kids at there own table-
(I forgot to put that picture in. oops!), 2 in high chairs & a little one in a swing.
39 of us together this year.

A delicious meal - we'll let that settle in

with some crokinole and then.......

we'll walk over to the dome for a serious game of football.

Some played a bit of soccer,

and some sat on the side lines to chear.

Back to the barn for supper. Just what we needed - more food!

The kids had fun with play dough.......

and the adults had fun with some more crokionole.

Then the kids moved to the floor to play with the marker boards.

Some stayed later to play a few card games: Pit (a little loud,

but lots of fun!) & then Apples to Apples. We had a blast!

I think it was 11:30 or after when we all left.

A really great day, I wish I had of taken more pictures to capture

everybody thru out the day, but just having to much

fun to stop & snap some shots.

First Snow!!!!!!!

chasing after him. Luci's first time in the snow - she loves

it just as much as the kids do!

but she wants to stay out and play some more.

Next up a snow man. I thought for sure we would have
no snow left after Mr. Buddy was built, but we still
had enough for little more sledding.

That was the name that Braden gave him.
The hat that Buddy is wearing is one that there
great grammy made for them. Pretty cute.

Saturday

Darryl, Linn & Kaylise joined us for dinner sat. evening.

I had to put these pictures up because Kaylise was

hamming it up - every time I was going to take a

picture she would do a great big grin & giggle.

It was pretty funny!

The guys decided that it looked like the kids were having
to much fun coloring so they joined in!
Darryl taught Breanna a little drawing trick -
she thinks that's pretty cool.

Tuesday

Last Tuesday we enjoyed our monthly night out for

November at Jananne's house. We had a wonderful evening!

We brought Grampa to the airport today the kids

were not to happy about that, but Gramma decided to

stay a bit longer so that made them pretty excited!

Sleepover!

The kids had no school on Monday so after gospel mtg.

Sunday afternoon they asked Bella to come over for a sleepover.

We each had to buy a ticket to get into the show.

They spent the day Monday putting on one dance show

after another, each show they had to get into a new outfit.

It was pretty cute.

Gramma, & myself took the kids on a treasure hunt

thru the woods Sunday afternoon. We found lots of neat

things, even some sort of animal bedding made under a pine tree.
